This policy does not fully govern the privacy practices of independent medical groups, clinicians, pharmacies, or other third parties that may provide services through or alongside the Clean Health Rx experience.

Parts of the service stack may rely on Bask Health infrastructure or similar service providers, each of which may maintain separate privacy notices or regulated obligations.

We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
